Come learn what mindfulness is, how you can practice it in your life and why it may be helpful to you and those you love.
Living in this busy world where we are expected to be doers and rewarded for it, where is the balance for ourselves and more importantly our children? Charlotte Gibson, mother knows first hand what it feels like to suffer from the need to be efficient. She will share with you how she practices everyday to be and do less. She is not preaching about mindfulness rather she will explain how she has discovered her own personal journey of awareness, and building the awareness around patterns. It can be a painful and hard journey navigating the daily waters. "Sometimes I mess up and other times I nail it." Either way I am reminded it is a practice and to be gentle. This awareness good or bad allows inner growth.
